Tonya Craft is the Owner and Founder of Tonya Craft Legal, bringing a wealth of experience and an unwavering commitment to justice. Tonya’s background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Multidisciplinary Education, a Master’s Degree as a Reading and Literacy Specialist, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence. She is also a Rule 31 Listed Tennessee Family Mediator. When it pertains to cases involving false allegations of child abuse, Tonya leverages her personal journey and professional experience to passionately fight for clients facing injustice. Outside the office, Tonya enjoys outdoor activities, CrossFit, and spending time with her children, family, friends, and puppies.

What would your younger self be most proud of you for?
Not giving up in the face of such extreme adversity. If someone had told me years ago I would go through this, I would have said there was no way I could get through it. My children motivated me to fight for my life as well as their lives.
What is your favorite quote, and what does it mean to you?
“People don’t care what you know until they know that you care.”
I try to always treat clients the way I wanted to be treated when I was the client.
What does justice mean to you?
Justice means fighting for the person wronged by the system and doing so without hesitation or fear.
